Here's another one. Same hands as the OP, different lume on hands & dial. Definately a relume.
The business in the link above seem to have quite a presence on the web for vintage wylers thaat have been relumed.

·Looks a bit 'blobby' to me. I would expect the edges to be more accurate on a factory dial.
