Aquaterra real or fake ?

Thanks

I’ve seen some Facebook groups where valuations and assessments are done all day long with a surprising lack of conversation. This forum is not like that.

This forum is very much community-based and it thrives on real conversations and real people. Your post, by contrast, will come across as privileged, abrupt and rude to most people here. The most help will come to you if you tell us about yourself, why you are asking your question, and what your research has told you so far.

Why its rude ? I want to buy this watch and I can keep my reasons to myself. I have a right to keep things aside of this or any forum. I ve asked for help nothing more if anyone wants to adress my question allright, if not, the same. No harm done. Please don't bother to practice this reality kind a talk here and with me. You just relax and try to find good side of your day. Thanks.

Your post is to come in, as a first time poster and say, "Do this for me.". No introduction, no "could you please help", no "I've done a bunch of comparisons and saw these things that make me suspicious", just "do it.". The level of entitlement and lack of work you seem to have done yourself is appalling and rude. We are enthusiasts who like looking at watches and collecting watches, not your personal authenticators.

As far as an answer; This is one that goes back to "buy the seller". If you have a doubt that a watch is fake, you need to listen to that doubt. Every time I've bought a watch, I do so from a seller that I have ensured I can trust.

Heck, my last purchase I bought private-party, I did so without any pictures and before HE even had it in his hands, because he was someone I'd properly vetted.

Rejdinjo if you had done a little more than post is it real or fake you might have gotten more feedback.

Things like I really like this watch, what should I look out for, for fakes. Or I compared this pic to several others I found online and cant see anything suggesting it is a fake, does anyone else see anything.

Yes some people like to be spoon fed, some like to learn what to look for. Personally I read close to 50 threads here on what to look for for faking or polishing etc. It allowed me to make an educated choice on a watch I bought. That also allowed me to be a member here with some benefit to others, as I was able to point out a rebrushed band for someone looking at a watch.

I basically take it as this forum likes active members who have something to offer. Yes we were all new at some point, me 3 weeks ago. Read some here, ask real questions, even if they have been asked. You might learn some thing and be able to help someone.

$5 says it's a known counterfeit that OP is wondering whether it is convincing enough to be sold as the genuine article.
