Looks original from the photos, the coat hanger 's' looks good.

 

I think its redilal on SEAMASTER. and need much more quality pictures to confirm it

The suspect markings may be the result of reflection, refraction or bad lighting and angles.

Good, high resolution close-ups are the only way to let the judging panel put the case to rest.
