I'm interested to know if this Seamaster Cosmic dial has been refinished.

 

Based on these photos I would say it has been refinished. The printed minute track does not appear to line up with the applied figures and the luminous dots look off as well.

 

That Seamaster looks a mess too. The two 'a's are not the same and the second 's' is too skinny and the bottom gap is too large
