Original 2996 Seamaster "Seachero" dial?

After doing some digging into the 2996 Seamaster (Ranchero), it seems to be a minefield of restoration and fake parts. These are very affordable but difficult to navigate due to minefield of issues. I figured I would ask you, the experts, to see if you can spot any red flags I should be worried about before pulling the trigger. Based on what I'm seeing the dial looks legit other than the slight imperfection I'm seeing on the top of the 3 near the serif. Seller states the dial is original no restoration or relume. Yours are original. If you need a 100% certainty use a UV lamp or a geiger counter.
From the photos the radium seems original to me.
