Orient King Diver (authentic, good find?)

So I was browsing the bay, and came upon this one. I asked from UGWC, and one person told me that these are often frankenwatches and re-dials. Any info on this one? Is it a good find? I love that it looks really similar to the Seiko Alpinist, which I am planning on buying sometime in the future. There is a cult following for these, I found out.
