I’d say it’s a 60’s Seamaster dress/non diver.

I completely get why collectors would go for the Constellation but outside of enthusiasts the Seamaster is a better known and more desired family in most parts of the world.

So a 562/565 powered Seamaster non diver for me, combining classic and timeless 60’s style with one of the most robust and well made movements from The golden age of watchmaking.

hmm those 50's Constellations really are a thing of beauty. I would love one but I don't think I would do its beauty justice with my dress style! 😜
Definitely in the iconic camp along with 60's Seamasters, and the Speedmaster. As a recent admirer to the brand its those three watches that have drawn me.

I have one! 🤷‍♂️ maybe? I guess it really depends on what a classic is? I certainly think the Speedmaster with all its space history should be close to the top. But there are very many older Omega watches that I find equally amazing. What makes a classic?

...of all time that isn't a chronograph or diver?
Speedys and SMP`s can`t play!

But maybe the pocket watch with the movement that gave Omega its name could be considered a classic?

Or a Dirty dozen?

(Dear vintage experts please be gentel if I messed this up)

If you take away chronographs and divers, I would have to give another vote for a pie-pan Constellation. While they don't appeal to me personally, they are distinctive and recognizable.
