Hi all, can I request your opinions on this please. Authenticity and approximate value, I know it won't be to everyones taste but I really like that rose/chocolate combination.

I wish I could help on originality of the dial. I have to be hit over the head with a brick to see refinishes but I'm getting better hanging around the Forum. I'm a sucker for rose gold and the watch with that strap looks quite dressy in the photos. I to would like to hear form the Longines experts on that one. Only an academic interest, mind you. I'm not in the market for an additional rose gold Longines for the collection.

My first vintage Longines was also a similar combi, but gold capped. 36mm vs 34mm for yours.

    Here's a recent pic

Noticed there isn't an Ultra-chron on your dial - that would raise a question mark in my mind, but I'm nowhere near being an expert! :whistling:

Similar to mine, but solid 18K, for sale: http://www.ebay.de/itm/321494827882Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network.

    Gd luck!

A recently sold watch that seems to be a similar model to your example:

Note the ultrachron script on the dial.
