I have seen pictures on the net of a speedy with a red and black Nato. As a coincidence when I purchased my Seamaster from the boutique they gave me a red and black Nato, could this look good on my speedy? So pic with speedy on SS and Seamaster red and black nato are my pictures, The speedy with the red and black nato is from the net. Note the seamaster was exchanged for the speedy of which I paid the difference.

Would look good on Harry Potter,s wrist.

I don't do NATOs on anything but a Luminox beater and it is black. Hate stripped NATOs with a passion.

 

That ok I respect everyone's opinion. I take it your a leather strap guy? What would you have as an alternative to the SS strap?

I think the Speedy looks great on a NATO, (indeed, my Speedy was on an OEM black NATO for 9 months of last year) but I think the red on that particular one is a bit much for me. It's now on a Hirsch Terra in gold brown.

The black nato is another option. Mine came with an omega black nato as well as the red and black nato.

 

Here it is on the NATO. Served me well while on deployment!

Yeah, Watch Obsession is where I got my Hirsch (also seen in my avatar). I looked at various straps/colours and decided on the Terra Tuscan on gold brown. Very good quality strap and adds another dimension to the Speedy IMHO.

At the moment the red and black is resonating with me. The red brings out the sporty side.

 

I got it of google or bing images ages ago it could even be from WRUW. I can't remember, who ever is wearing it makes it stand out.

At £55 it's at the higher end of the Hirsch range. I haven't seen any other Hirsch straps so can't really compare, but this one definitely feels like top quality. Watch Obsession have a sale on at the moment with many other straps discounted as well.

 

It is nice to contrast modern and old.

 

I like I like to rotate between a GasGasBones NASA Velcro and a Heuervile sport strap on my 3570 speedy pro of late.

 

I can spot the quality just by looking at that strap.

 

What makes you ask? I have just noticed the crown is missing in that picture and there is not much of a step on the dial.
