Hey OF, It's my 30th Birthday in 12 days, so I would like to celibate that with a 30 year old Speedmaster. I want to be very sure that I get a speedmaster from 1990, so it needs an extract. I live in The Netherlands so my options are limited to Europe. I have found this watch for 3850,- Euro https://www.chrono24.nl/omega/speedmaster-professional-moonwatch--id13138903.htm Do you think the price is reasonable? The hands also look concerning to me, are they original? Thanks guys!
Look expensive to me does it have to be a 1990 one one below is excellent https://omegaforums.net/threads/fs-...74-early1971-issue-w-bracelet-extract.107892/
I’d so those numbers you’ve quoted should be in USD for a reasonable price. Since you want a specific year paying a 15-20% or so premium is reasonable, in this instance
For me the first one is better. And I guess is a birth year watch. Second one hands are destroyed. First one hands seem ok for that watch.
First one looks to be a good example of the 3590.50. You'd be paying a lot for what you're getting though. Make sure you're happy to go without a bracelet, because the model correct bracelets (e.g. 1479 like on the second example) are getting pretty expensive when sold alone these days. I love the model of the second one (3592.50) although it's not a great example for the money.
The second one appears to me to be a Apollo 20th anniversary of the first moon walk. Mine is from 1990.
Thanks for the input on the watches! Today took a look at first watch and decided to buy it. I payed 3650,- watch has been serviced and 1 full year of warranty.
