Please chime in and tell me if this is legit?

I have my doubts for the following reasons.

1. No photos of the case back or movement.
2. The star on the dial is a bit off and doesn't line up with the cross hair line
3. The minute markers are inconsistent i.e. some end at the edge, some go over.

From what I can see I think that the dial is refinished so it's not worth considering to buy it

 

I think you have answered your own doubts
picks aren't good enough to look at fonts -but the 'Constellation' doesn't look right from the blurry pic and the cross hair missing the star is enough for me
