redial. looks like they used the wrong sized plates for the subdials. 3's look wrong too. mismatched 4's too. pointed and flat topped.

Redial - poorly applied lume as well

 

It may have been done on purpose, for it to look "old", which wouldn't be a nice thing to do.
Or maybe it was just redialed a long time ago...

 

My initial assesment was: an original dial with re-applied lume on the numbers.
I was wrong then...

 

Not to kick the poor watch when it's down, but......obvious redial
