It says 283 on the bridge...

 

I made the same comment, but I am not sure if that is not a later reference for practically the same calibre.
The serial would however put it in the 50s, which seems late for the reference. A red second hand is always strange as well...

Thanks for pointing it out. I would have never figured the seconds hand to be the only one true to the original.
