I'm quite curious about the blue sharkskin.. it's color complements the mango quite well, just not sure about the texture ... if I could also swap in a dark blue bezel.. 馃槖
The black leather would work nicely if it weren't for the white stitching..

路Personally I think both those straps have too large/loud of a texture. Too much business going on with an already KAPOOYAH dial. I'm sticking with my suggestion of suede. Is a soft texture that wouldn't be too much.
Black Perlon would be sharp too. Maybe even a black canvas with grey/white/colored stitching. Or grey canvas?

He has three types.
1. matte finish Dublin
2. smooth waxy Chromexcel
3. super shiny shell Cordovan
If I had to choose site unseen, I am thinking the shell Cordovan, but then, it might be too shiny, and number two would be better.
..might just ask for Mango stitch, too!
What do the Horween/Mango savants out there recommend?

路Is the strap maker saying the shell will be shinier than the Nomos shell? Because those aren't too shiny and I think would look great on the Mango.

That's actually a strap from Leffot. No offense to Nomos, but it's a much nicer strap than the standard Shell that comes with a Nomos.

Very nice, been a while since I popped into Leffot, I'll have to check it out for the straps. Hopefully none of the shoes will tempt me too much.
Agree that the Leffot one would be the one to go with unless your guy can add some different contrast stitching and use the same quality shell.
