..that is, switching to a Bulang & Sons (BS) strap! I admit being a hard core fan of Omega deployants/straps but decided to try something different, at least for now. Thanks to @yinzerniner for enabling this B&S strap! I like it! made from a soft/feather-light leather, it feels good on the wrist and makes the Speedy somewhat handsome! and because a thread w/o pictures is almost worthless in my view, here we go with the transformation!
I was thinking about something else when I seen the name of the thread. Speedy is going BS))))) P.S. Really nice strap though.
Love the B&S straps. Great look and a great feel. I went for a brown version recently. Took the metal off for the moment
I really like the looks of the strap + Speedy combo! Looks very comfortable, how breathable are those straps? Any issues with developing sweaty wrist syndrome?
..the strap is very comfortable indeed, but I must defer any assessment wrt the sweaty wrist syndrome for later.. and, I would not use the term breathable on this one :-(
This is one very cool looking strap, I prefer it in brown though. It does change the whole look of the watch. Congratulations
~14 mm thick....will it fit under a sleeve? well, that depends on how tight you like to wear the cuffs
I won't jump on the BS in the title, but I personally never really understood how it became popular and why anyone would put those deckchair-style things on a Speedy. Hurts
deck-chair style! must remember this one! now, that's a term that in my view applies to NATO straps! but again, everyone has different views/likes!
