Lets see what you all think of this, my latest purchase I caught a glimpse of on the recommended ebay watch thread. A good example of a 1965 seamaster chronograph with the famous cal 321. Am happy with the purchase but when my wife finds out you may see it appear in the for sale forum shortly after!......no, I'm not joking!

I'm single and 25, I could walk into a Patek dealer and put something on credit and nobody would stop me ;)

Well done, awesome watch, the movement is beautiful, like a complex work of art
I just solved the problem myself, I'm waiting on a very pretty but not too expensive watch I bought for her so she will not complain when mine arrive later :D

Yes I've thought of that one myself. My missus has taken a shining to the few watches I've purchased so far to the point where I think I might see them getting around on her wrist soon enough! You should have seen how fast she moved when she saw i had accidentally worn one into the shower the other night. I'd better start hiding them.

Nice, honest, classic piece from the mid 1960s. A peer to the rolex chronographs of the era featuring a more exclusive movement. Hugely undervalued I think with potential for appreciation in the near to medium term.

I have to thank you personally actually. I know you initially put dibs on the watch and then retracted after buying another. Your evaluation was what kept me watching the watch till the end. After searching the web extensively and seeing them gone for over (sometimes well over) the $2000 mark, I put a last minute bit of $1978 (my birth year) and got it at $1975. I guess this one was meant to be!.........sincerely appreciate the guidance though.

I like that so much better than the newer ones. My wife long ago gave up getting on to me very much for the things I buy.
