The grain is a bit coarser on this one I would say. Also - and this might be my imagination - the transition from brushed to polished surface on the lugs seems sharper than on the original. Restoration using L.A.S.E.R. welding and recutting (milled) even adding a shiny chamfer... everything is possible... with great results. As our grandma always told us... Machines can be rebuild, People can't !
