Omega website claims every part of watch Swiss Made

Omega have been very transparent here. They have gone into a level of detail over and above.

They did not say every part is Swiss Made. They can then fall back on 60% rule, Swiss Made represents a set of rules.
They said every part of the watch is made in Switzerland, that is exactly as it reads literally. Some by Omega and some by Swiss suppliers and partners.
Look at the difference between Longines and Omrga in picture. You see the difference, mind you the more expensive Longines watches are probably all from Swiss manufacturers. This must refer to Omegas made very recently, from the time the website was updated.

They own Orient as well and my understanding is that Orient is completely integrated as well.

CH = Confederation Helvetica ( = Switzerland...)

To be a smart ass, it‘s actually Confoederatio Helvetica. We like it in old school Latin 😁.
