Togri v. 2.0
··Wow! Custom title... coolI never thought, I would do this, but as most of you know this hobby has a way of evolving/escalating... call it what you want. I have my eyes set on something rather expensive (for me anyway) and something has to go to contribute to the funding. And since I could never part with my birthyear-Speedy, then sadly this has to go. I will regret it, since I absolutely love this watch. If it doesn't sell, I will put my Rolex-thoughts on hold for a while and continue to enjoy it 😀
The watch probably does not need an introduction. An awesome review, and one of the reasons I bought it in the first place, can be read here: https://omegaforums.net/threads/omega-seamaster-300-review.221/
Several threads on this forum about pros and cons on the new built SM300. I am one of the people who think they are awesome for the exact reasons stated in the review above.
Watch is Omega SM300, ref 166.0324, cal. 552, from 2014 and I bought it directly from WatchCO, Australia. I have used the watch, not as a daily wearer, but a couple of days a week in rotation. The only marks are on the back of the lugs from frequent strap and bracelet changes. I have tried to show them in the photos. Otherwise it is clean with a few very very light swirls.
Crystal also has a few light ones, which can be polished off, but the watch will come with an extra Omega crystal, which I ordered with the watch. The packaging has been opened but crystal hasn't been touched and is brand new.
I can of course provide additional photos if you wish. I haven't had the caseback removed, so no movement photos. I can take it off, if you wish to see the movement, but I would prefer to leave it unopened.
Watch works perfectly and keeps excellent time as it should. And looks awesome by the way.
Price is USD $2200. Bank wire preferred. Shipping method and cost to be agreed upon. I have send across the globe with EMS, tracking included, on several occasions and that works for me but can accommondate. I would prefer a sale within Europe. A couple of references in the review section under this username and just "Togri".
Lastly a couple of wrist shots. Selling only watch head and extra crystal.
