Hi Simon. Welcome to the forum. What you have is a ref 14390 with the manual wound calibre 284 from 1959

Looks to be in good shape, even if the dial is stained and the crown has been replaced.

Is it worth to let someone repair it? I like the watch but it is dirty.

Is it worth anything?

Any idea what it will cost for a repair/clean it up?
