Hello everybody I have read that there are customs and extra documentation needed to ship packages from Europe to the US. I am extremely confused about what these would be. Does anybody know? Its a vintage Seamaster and its value is around 600 euros and I am shipping via UPS.

There should be no US customs on that value.

Thanks, does that mean I can just ship it normally like I would ship in Europe?

No, I think you still need the correct documents to declare the value. There is a watch worksheet. Ask your shipper.

When shipping to the US the only thing I do different is add the correct harmonisation code to the customs label. Everything else is the same.

Thinking about it, I probably add the harmonisation code when shipping with the EU as well with some carriers.

Thanks, how did you get this code? Do I also not need a commercial invoice for exports?
