Help identifying this Omega watch I know is 14Kt gold and manual wind but not much else. any information will Help.

What makes you think it's 14k? I don't see any hallmarks.

The model number is inside the case. This is a front loader so you'll most likely want a qualified watch maker to open it up.

Why is the minutes chapter ring partly obscured by the dial opening? Something is not quite right IMO.
