Omega warranty

I sent a seamaster 300 in for warranty through my local OB. The bezel would not line up and after a month or so I just could not unsee it . I was quoted 8-10 weeks, which I expected. Anyone have any experience on the time it takes to complete this type of work? Hoping it will not take this long but looking for real world experience. Thanks

AD quoted 8-12 weeks. It took 10. Mine went to Miami. And their QC sucks. I heard Jersey is good.

Damn, they said mine was going to Miami. I sort of question the QC on letting a new watch out the door like that in the first place. I hope it doesn't come back worse.

You should be fine. I think my last watch was just cursed (so I traded it in). They put the bezel insert back in for free (under warranty) but they put it on one second off/crooked to the left.

Look it over carefully when you get it back.
