Metaphysically the watch is real but unfortunately not an Omega watch. (Nor solid gold or diamonds)

I think real Omega watches has the stamping on the inside of the caseback. I hope you didn't pay too much.

Взех го от търговец на уреди в Швейцария. Платих 80€

Sorry I don´t read Cyrillic? But 80 euro is a bit much for a fake watch. There are lots of women's Omegas to be had for a reasonable price.
