Hi everyone, I came across this interesting Omega vintage 14k rose gold that I would like to buy. Potentially it is the reference 121-010, according to the seller's description.

Do you think it’s genuine? In your opinioni, are the components original or at least period-correct? Any idea of a fair price range for buying it?

Thanks a lot for your support with this purchase!

It all looks to be genuine and has obviously been prepared for sale.

It's a reference BD 121.010.

Case was made for Omega by Cédex, Charles Dubois SA, Le Locle, Switzerland.

Here is reference BA 121.010.

At least this time, the case looks correct.

However, another redial. Look at the Omega printed logo and compare with other watches with the same case reference.

Compare to the example from the Omega Database also posted above. The shape of the “G” is totally different.

My suggestion is wait and read this forum for at least a couple of months before attempting to buy. Get an idea of what is and is not original.

Then at least you will have the knowledge to decide what is original and what you like.
