Hi everyone, I came across this interesting vintage Omega (potentially reference 2900-1 with caliber 267, according to the seller's description) that I’d like to buy.

Do you think it’s genuine? Are the components original/period-correct? Any idea of a fair price range?

Dial probably repainted. No lume, funny subdial. Maybe paint on sides of markers. Case also below average. Movement looks legit, just dirty.
