I bought a trendy pair of jeans about two years ago. Cost me a bomb but they were a good fit/good look.
I wore the knees out in about six months and as I'm not a ragged knees millenniaI trashed them.
I learn't my fashion lesson.

I now buy size 32 elasticated straight leg unbleached jeans from Kmart.

Indeed. A true classic of the genre. I particularly liked David Gyngell going for bare feet personally.

Whether or not the pricing of Omega sunglasses is considered to be "comical" will depend on an individual's personal budget. Some people may find the price to be too high, while others may feel that the quality and craftsmanship justify the cost

Plenty of lenses and bezels but no crowns!
Special polarization, I guess it only allows you to see Omegas and cuts out Rolex and Seiko.

Hmmm the post so old these glasses could be considered vintage Omega.

This kind of stuff is funny to me. I went to my OB a few weeks ago and they were pushing their fragrances on me. I told the rep:
"I don't buy watches from Montblanc, I don't buy pens from Burberry, I don't buy fragrances from music artists. I'll stick to buying watches from you.

Reminds me of one time I was at Disneyland and I ran across a guy who absolutely every single item he was wearing, down to his man-purse said Mercedes-Benz on it 🤨
