I've just got this: Which is a 16mm deployant Omega buckle, with a 19mm strap. As it's used, id like to change the strap. And it'll be used with my speedy and SM300 (as the mood takes me), both of which have a lug size of 20mm - so I've been trying to find a 20/16 compatible strap. My Google fu is exceptionally weak this morning, that or they don't exist. can anyone point me In the right direction? Or is this a case of if you want one, get it made? Ta Jason
20mm lug, 16mm clasp? Do you have a link, as im finding stuff that's either the right clasp width, but too small at the lugs, or vice versa.
I also got tired of looking for those, so I had a couple of 20/16 deployant straps made by ABP when they had their sale earlier this year. The sale was 30% off and so the alligator straps that I ordered wound up being about $200 each. You might try ABP or Camille Fournet and use their build your own strap page to get one made exactly the way you want it.

I have double ridged genuine alligator or padded like the one you have but generally speaking there are LOADS way under omega price but my absolute recommendation is morellato they are (controversial) better than omegas
My speedy black alligator strap is a 20mm lug and 16mm clasp size i believe. Never used it if you want to take it off of me (strap only).
A few points: -The clasp you currently have most likely won't work with any of the new Omega straps as the spacing between the two pins IS NOT the same as the hole spacing in the straps they currently employ. I forgot the exact measurements but I want to say that the two pins in the 94521603 clasp are 8-9mm apart, while the current Omega deploy straps have spacing of 5mm between holes. -Also, the new Omega clasps only employ a single pin to secure the strap -Omega's current lineup of 20/16 straps is also very limited. Just a few crocs and I think a single Barenia leather model. Your best bet is to either get a new Omega clasp to use with the current Omega straps or get a strap custom made, with the caveat that you will have to provide exact measurements otherwise it won't work with the clasp. That being said the new Omega clasp is superior in every way to the old model. Holds the straps in better, doesn't have nearly as many points of wear and/or bends, employs pusher system instead of friction to keep the clasp closed, and construction is sturdier.
There are a couple Vietnamese sellers on ebay whom will make genuine croc/gator straps in whatever custom way you would like for under $50 shipped.
This is one example. This seller has multiple, usually. http://www.ebay.com/itm/OMEGA-GENUI...811260?hash=item43ffc3803c:g:lvwAAOSwstxU1kiaPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
