Hello Ladies and gents I'm new to the forum. Thank you for looking at my post.
I have been fortunate to receive around 14 omega watches and would appreciate any help on sorting the good from the bad. posted this one first because of the unusual box. Thank you very much in advance.

Sounds like you pretty much know what you have here, a Speedmaster Mark V reference 176.0014, more commonly referred to as the "TV screen". Lemania 5100 (aka Omega 1045) calibre movement. This watch screams 1970s !! I myself am not a big fan of the watch, but I love the box. This is a fairly rare "moonrock box", and it has value by itself. 1204 bracelet with 212 endlinks. Overall looks pretty honest well used watch to me, but others on the forum are experts and will chime in... I am no expert.

I sent my one for a new glass and a service to my watchmaker. And I am still searching for pins to repair the stretched bracelet.
Does this speedmaster come with this box in the 70ies?

That's one of my favorite cal. 1045 Speedmasters, right behind the Maddox Grail. It's not the most sought after watches out there though. I bet you'll get plenty of PMs inquiring about buying that box though!

They've been known to go for 500 euro or more. As ever, condition is important.
