Hey everyone. Happy speedy Tuesday. I have a chance to get this transitional Speedmaster for about $4500-$5000USD. I like the dial and the crown. Case looks a bit polished to me on the front bottom lugs. Dial is so even that it might be retouched or relumed? Hoping the experts will help me out with any observations my lust may be causing me to miss. Thanks! 8d2d8ff48e5cd80282ea94c81a16dd40.jpg d7e6c08f6808b3fc57cf4b372ac011d9.jpg 70c79b901cfc248564899def6760505b.jpg 6fc16caf9679b6c095e67055caea5375.jpg a82f8d93201c49fb5377b930305ad942.jpg 91fc4886cbb15e93c24ffd35ee4982ae.jpg 33d34cfa3ee7aa84fe93527bc4791de3.jpg 865ee472102b90ba306344ce575ffa13.jpg

I think it is probably fine. There are no service marks on the caseback. It has the original flat feet crown. Hard to tell from the pics regarding polishing.

This particular dial HF, found on the 147.012-67,68 and 105.012-66 as well has, over the years, retained it's lume very well. Here is a pic of a 145.022.68 I purchased earlier this year and the lume has held up very nicely. The only difference is that mine is a bit older with a movement number of 26559xxx and has the older spear chrono hand.

Here's another, for reference. The colour is strange for this reference. I've never seen one this colour before, but then, that's not to say it doesn't happen.

I think hands are relumed, dial maybe too. Too brown in my opinion...

I vote for relume..

Not only the color but lume is not sloppy/ fat enough as well.

A nice looking watch, but I do think relumed. The indices too homogenious IMO and no variation of color with the hand lume.
