I will buy this LE over the 2017 Trinity anyday. Just IMO tho. Hope the price is not going to shot up like the snoopy.

I'd love the Basel release 60th Speedmaster, but as I don't have a buddy relationship with an Omega dealer there's zero chance of me buying one at RRP. For me this illustrates perfectly the advantage of the method used to market/sell the Speedy Tuesday.

They are not sold out. Did you put your name down on one or many waiting lists? I did and was number eight with an allocation of four. I got the call just the other day because those ahead of me ran out of puff (read: enthusiasm, money, whatever...)

Depending on where you are, there are OBs that are still taking names.

Anyone heard any news from Omega regarding their STs? Have not heard anything from them since the Speedy Tuesday Story #2 email.

Wow, looks attractive. And what is the water resistance depth of this model?

Hey guys, been lurking for a while, long time watch fan, first "proper" watch was an Omega (Seamaster Professional). My story on this thread is when Buzz tweeted his Mars watch tweet last year, I called up my local Omega Boutique (Royal Exchange in the City of London) and asked about it and was of course promptly rebuffed but left my details. Low and behold, when the Speedy Tuesday launched, they called me up and told me! Extremely happy to have gotten a reservation in time, although a Buzz Mars Speedy would be awesome.

Anyway, the collection below. Can't wait for my ST! Was told possibly May onwards.

Edit: Wife told me I look like some guy on the corner of Times Square selling "Genuine Omega!" with all the watches on XD

Yeah, I love it. It was probably my daily driver for 10-15 years. Every time I get it serviced I'm tempted to get the bezel replaced but then I also think it shows the character of the watch so leave it.

My time is split between mostly the sea master and the breitling now so it still gets very regular usage, particularly on days I exercise.

I'm going to have a hard time getting to Amsterdam, and thinking of changing to USA pickup. What's the cost difference? Cheers
