Not at all. I chose 1909 as my twins were born on September, the 19th, and, in Spain, we write dates the way DD/MM.
That dial is pure class. I think if this thread is any indication, they won't have any issue filling orders. Great to see online ordering too
All I can say is I've checked quite a few numbers that were special to me (including some who, frankly, have no "massive" reason to be special to other people, like the date of birth of my kids or stuff like this, rather random stuff really) and they were all gone except the one I picked... wasn't my first choice to say the least. So, net, they are going fast...
Nice, I nearly reserved that one since its the bracelet on my 105.012s but glad I took 1039 instead so you could get your birthday
I too have made a reservation. It's much nicer aesthetically than last year's Silver Snoopy and CK2998. The one thing that's missing for me (and I'd be happy to pay the necessary premium) is an applied logo - wouldn't that be nice?
I only need 50% profit Boom, glad I got it! Almost took the birthyear but this 1506 bracelet on my -69 reminded me of it as well!
Thanks! I used to have good eyesight - how I missed that from what are good pics, I'm not sure. I feel that this feature really adds a lot to the appeal.
Well done RJ and Omega. This watch strikes the perfect balance between honoring the rich history of the Speedmaster that a collector can appreciate and also has great crossover appeal to the modern watch buyer. If this is any indication where Omega might be heading towards 2019 than I'm excited to see what comes down the pike.
Have a question, maybe you know the answer guys. What if I will reserve, can I get it from my local AD? Or do I need to get it in Switzerland?
I thought you meant it should have been applied, shiny AND somehow phosphorescent... now, THAT'd be cool
You can pick where to pick it up. If one near you isn't listed, you can contact Omega to work out an AD to pick it up from.
