I'm guessing I'm not the only one but I've gone through various stages of feelings while waiting for my ST:

1. The excitement of reservation.
2. Hope for a bday pickup,
3. Disappointment that it didn't occur,
4. Fatalistic about the eventual delivery date,
5. Nervousness about having been forgotten,
6. Concern over manufacturing errors,
7. Relief to have more time to save,
8. Temptation to spend the saved money on a different watch,
9. And now serious impatience to have it on my wrist already.

How have your feelings differed?

1. Excitement of reservation
2. Serious faith that it will arrive in July, worst case August
3. Bought another nice inverse panda w/ same movement (80ies Sinn 903)
4. Waiting anxiously for 1st deliveries.
5. Serious doubts about delivery schedule starting end of June
6. Pxxxed that we were not given the event to recieve them roughly at the same time, drowning the web with pictures.
7. Pxxxed that we were told delivery would be random when it was clearly not but serially with a couple of gaps.
8. Hoping that it would be delivered before my three weeks summer holidays.
9. Bought a nice speedy w/ tritium and display back.
10. Being fatalistic and wondering if I still need/want it.

I got pretty weary of waiting so long after the first deliveries began, and started to feel the same way about whether or not I was still excited about it. For me it was totally worth it, I love the thing 😀

"Though we're rapidly approaching the end of September and there's still a very good chance you'll receive your watch in the remaining week, the delivery date may spill over into October."

Well "spill time" is here and a large number yet to be delivered. At this time I am wondering if October is going to spill into November. 😒

Well, Omega is officially closing out the waiting list. I just received my copy of Speedy Tuesday Magazine with a note from Raynald. (Yeah, we’re in a first name basis). “I sincerely hope the next words you read, will be a message from me saying a Speedy Tuesday watch is now available.”

I knew when I put my name in the list that I was not getting one. I was two days late to the party, but I figured what the heck? Might as well get in Omega’s radar, if even as a minor footnote. Anyway, great magazine!

I think that's inevitable, there seems to be a 2 week lag from the 'leaving the factory' message to when folks are able to pick the watch up from their OB of choice. A post on the ST Fbook page today already has 30 folks noting they're still awaiting their STs, and I'd bet that's probably just 10% max of those still waiting. If everyone still waiting hasn't received the leaving the factory message by this time next week then we're sure to have some November deliveries, perhaps even December...

I'm one of those that haven't received the 'leaving the factory' emails yet. I received the 'it will probably be October' email a few weeks back and the Speedy Tuesday magazine yesterday, I hope I get the email or call from OB soon though.

Has anyone else got a watch in the last week of September? I have been waiting what seems ages the last e-mail I had from Omega was end of September or the start of October. Still no news and my number is in the 500's seems to be taking forever!!

I picked mine, number 1503 on 7 October.

And it sure looks lovely!

I think it's seeing all these cracking pick-up photos that is now just making me impatient to have mine!

1. I got a reservation ( lay back Aussie attitude "I don't do excited" )
2. Got a cool magazine and a few personal emails ( I live Northern Aus any mail is good )
3. They know my name and email "I'm in like Flint "
4. I'm going fishing ( ever tasted fresh salt water Barramundi with still kicking mud crab, caught and cooked within a hour or two of catching )
5.

Will edit to include #5
So

TO BE ADVISED

I've stopped looking at any pictures of the ST now, and this is the first time I've had a quick look at this thread. Just feeling a lot of disappointment with the wait.

I've picked up a couple of very nice Seiko 7549's using some of my original ST fund so all is not lost 👍

Given the missing list @Stephan Heitz started on FB and it's 40 entries in 24h, we should expect this.
So I am curious about the tune of the next sorry email from Biel.

"We sincerely apologize for the delay. And as a special thank you for your patience, here is a free Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch with hesalite on the house whilst you wait"...😁

So someone posted a bubbleplot of missing STs on FB:
There seems to be a cluster in the low numbers and one in the upper 1000s with some sporadic missings inbetween.
