·Anyone with a "higher" sequential number get there's yet? Although they say they are delivering at random all I've seen are the relatively low numbers...
And how did you get the magazine, I don't recall putting in an address when I secured my number during the reservation process...?

The reservation form did requested an address, at least in my case.
