I Would. These springbars are the exact right size and thickness and A+ quality. And unused. Why change that?
Indeed, the Omega spring bars are far better quality than the bog standard ones you'll buy elsewhere.
The case back kooks different from the one they showed on their website. The website one is aligned. Quite disappointed about that. Other than that, everything else looks awesome. Can't wait for mine to come. Still waiting for my email. I had only received an invite to go for the speedmaster anniversary celebration so far.
What do you think about it? Happy? The only thing that bothers me a little is the strap colour. It looks a bit too shiney, if that makes sense. How is it in real life?
I agree, it does look bigger. I think it's the lighting and angle (lugs on the 3570 look darker and you can't see the crown guards).
The satin finish steel definitely catches the direct light more than the normally polished and brushed Moonwatch does yea, congrats everyone so far on their purchase.
Robert's ST on 1450 bracelet Guess the marks in the back of the case comes from putting that bracelet on
I'm happy for all those that have received or are going to receive their watch, but I feel a pang of sadness mixed with jealousy and regret ever time I see one of these... I really wanted one, but missed out on the initial announcement Apologies if this has popped up over the course of this thread already, but 118 pages... I mean... come on! I can't read everything : What do you think the odds are that we'll eventually see ST service dials for sale on eBay as we have seen with the Mitsukoshi dials and some of the other panda LE's? A mitsukoshi dial and hands set goes for a silly amount of money on eBay. I shudder to think what a dial and hands ST set would fetch on the open market...
Eventually they should be available, but may take a while. You may have to contact a watchmen with Omega account to order it; may have to send back the "damage" ST dial though
