Curious is all. With all the QC, white gloved shots they send us and they go an add in a creased manual.
I think it's totally reasonable to keep it pristine and in the plastic case. Don't let us pressure you into opening it if you don't want to.... I will say that it's hard for us to NOT push you to open it since you have the first ST to be delivered!!!!!!
I'm also just as OCD and saw the crease on the manual. I would've asked for a new one. But that's because I'm crazy.
I'll be honest, because I wasn't going to open it, and they had the prototype for the wrist shot I hadn't clocked that it was like that.
Believe me I am tempted, particularly to see it on the leather (not a fan of nato's to be honest). I've just popped it next to a bright light, and the lume is immense!
Now that the first to be delivered title is claimed, you can have the last and newest ST to be sold title. It would make yours quite rare being the only one with a date stamped in 2018. Just trying to make you feel better.

I have to say I had a conversation with their brand ambassador and marketing director about it, that the person receiving number 1 must be a little miffed.... To be fair I didn't have any clue that I was going to be the first. Though I did share a bottle of champagne with the brand ambassador and they also gave me another to take away as well. Apparently the Silver Snoopy was a dirty word so they're very happy that this allocations system has generally worked out better. I did suggest that the way in which you selected your number could be tweaked, as that was a little clumsy as you didn't know what had already gone. PS thanks for the title!
