Oméga Speedmaster reduced Split Prototype

It feels like there's a language barrier here ...

As I read the conversation, @Fatcat has seen this watch advertised for sale as a Speedmaster and is asking for information on it. @tyrantlizardrex says he knows the watch and it is correct as a prototype for a reduced Speedmaster rattrapante (split seconds). @Darlinboy (and others) are then asking @tyrantlizardrex for more details as to how, where, what he knows of the watch.

In the meantime, @jimmyd13 is thinking that there's the rest of that wine from last night ... and it was pretty good. Fruity with more than a hint of ripe, green apples.

Edit: there's also too many lizards around ... should have tagged @Vintagewtchzilla too

as i don't have any further info to this watch i couldn't say more ... 📖

Distortion due to green apple wine means it most likely is not...
Green apple wine? Is that not what we tend to call cider?

Mmm...Cider could be made with red apples too? But the stuff you were describing sounded like it had green apples and other earthly fruit...

It did. It does. And it goes great with that aged cheddar.

Perhaps stating how you know what it is or where you got that info??

Also if I’m not mistaken that’s not a reduced case but a speedmaster date case. Note the angled bezel.

The layout makes sense for a 7750 modified for a rattapante complication. The 7750
was used in the Speedydate.

Omega did use a modified 7750 in this layout and complication in the 3540.80.

Where did you get that info? Any way to back it up? Was it a friends watch? Was it listed for sale somewhere? Was it verified or did someone just tell you?

Saw this three pusher advertised on eBay De Ville Rattrapante but I don't read German and have no interest in the watch so just skipped past it. Nothing like the original posted, but still has the required number of pushers!

I change the title now, I just come back from home with the watch , will post tommorow clean pictures but as Zilla says is all Omega and the split function works perfectly , this would be my last project of 2018 , I have to find a dial 3511.80 and the hands of the speedmaster split , this will depends if the date wheel is implemented on this movement.
