I have a Omega Speedmaster Professional DD145.022 for sale. Please take a look at photos for condition. This is by far the nicest example of this reference I’ve seen for quite some time.

Material: Stainless Steel
Crystal(s): Hesalite
Movement: 1861
Diameter: 42mm
Warranty: None
Accessories: red box ,warranty paper booklet, serial tag (has the correct ref but serial is like 9 digit off the movement and must have been a store mix up but including it with the sale).
Condition
Movement: Runs strong and all functions work as should
Crystal(s): Perfect and clear (excuse the little dust particles)
Case: Overall great condition
Bezel: Overall great condition
Bracelet: correct two tone 1171/633 bracelet with the gold through endlinks and in wonderful condition. Can fit up to 7.25 inches or so
