looks like the mark II, and the tin tin had a baby and meanwhile the 9300 speedy and the HB-SIA had a baby then those babies met eventually got married and made this.

    I like it.

But...but the baby is kind of...huge?

    Somehow I've hoped for a size between 1861 and 9300 speedy [emoji17]

    I dig it.

But yeah, these Master Chrono ones are huge. I don't mind. But still would be great to get some smaller Master Chrono's.

Interesting how there is specific writing in the press release stating they have made an effort to engineer the watch to be thinner. It seems Omega are finally listening/connecting to their customers.

Keep writing OF members! We may get it down to 43mm for a 2019 release.

The splashes of colour, the subtle Schumacher reference works well and it looks sporty without being tacky. Reminds me of the colour palette used on the new Chopard LUC GMT one.

This sneak peak 9900 + the new Speedy Tuesday...very early to say but I think Omega are getting back their Mojo after a less than stellar 2016. Starting to look forward to Basel 2017 ::psy::

the new speedy tuesday is way better looking
i dont mind the orange , just feel the numbers on subdials too large, the applied indicies seem to big too
i like speedmasters for simplicity , this is too busy
and who needs a date when you have an iphone ;)

What I don't get is why they can't make these thinner. The movement dimensions I can find suggest the cases can get a lot thinner without the "work on the sapphire crystal" they say was needed?

I like both. The S.Tuesday is clearly vintage / heritage inspired and this new version is a modern Omega chronograph with an autosport vibe. It is a bit "loud" but then again motoring is not very discreet. Need to see live of course, but I might consider purchasing this after the S Tuesday...

    Likewise.

I dig both. Both tickle me in different ways.

I do want the Speedy Tuesday one more, though. Probably because of the commemorative qualities / vintage look.

Interesting. It does resemble some of the classic racing dial speedies with them minute track and the colors. Doesn't quite turn my crank personally, but it's nice looking.

No, I'm just feeling some sort of extreme need for a small gold ultra thin dress watch. :D

That sort of reply will inevitably provoke someone to post that "your father's watch" photo/scene from Pulp Fiction.:D
