Hopefully they will stick with the latest estimate and you will have your watch back in a few weeks, it will be worth the wait I'm sure!

I don't understand something from the pic you posted originally:

Why would the crown be worn after just a week?

I have sent 7 watches to the swatch group all different brands and every single one says worn crow.

No that is the anti counterfeit thing they put in the case backs.

Hard to see in the picture but the marking by my thumb is what they are referring to.

Yes, that is the back of the case, however, Omega made note that the “case back” is engraved. Which, can be seen on the invoice in your original post.

Engraving note is likely just an error by whatever clerk logged it in.

OP, where are you viewing the 'Service Status' that you posted? I've sent a few watches and I never get updates (OB nor AD).

When you send them in to swatch group they email you a service number and pin so you can view the status and pay estimates.

Does this apply to US OB too? I've sent watches out for service 6 separate times in the past 3 years and never heard of this. Each time I only get a call when it comes back 2+ months later.. All of these went to Swatch Service Center, who are terrible by the way..

If you send it in directly, you will get this. If you send it in via an AD or OB, they are the ones who have this access, not you...

Got it. I'm going to ask them for this. I've had 1 watch sent back 3 times for the same thing and I've been wanting to know what they actually did. OB told me they don't have the details? They couldn't even tell me if I have my original bezel or if it was replaced.

I’m not sure if you get it if you go through an ob or ad I always just sent it myself.

Little update so still no watch or update on the watch but look what just came in the mail today. And it’s actually omega. So that’s a plus
