Yes, that is the back of the case, however, Omega made note that the “case back” is engraved. Which, can be seen on the invoice in your original post.
OP, where are you viewing the 'Service Status' that you posted? I've sent a few watches and I never get updates (OB nor AD).
When you send them in to swatch group they email you a service number and pin so you can view the status and pay estimates.
Does this apply to US OB too? I've sent watches out for service 6 separate times in the past 3 years and never heard of this. Each time I only get a call when it comes back 2+ months later.. All of these went to Swatch Service Center, who are terrible by the way..
If you send it in directly, you will get this. If you send it in via an AD or OB, they are the ones who have this access, not you...
Got it. I'm going to ask them for this. I've had 1 watch sent back 3 times for the same thing and I've been wanting to know what they actually did. OB told me they don't have the details? They couldn't even tell me if I have my original bezel or if it was replaced.
