Omega still have them if you send your watch in for a service.

 

Yes, but is it possible to find it elsewhere. I guess it’s quite expensive to send it to omega for service.

 

Not your watch, but maybe good for orientation:
I contacted Omega directly and asked for a new glass for my Speedmaster reference 186.0005.
It is still available and costs with assembly 300 EURO.
(For now I keep my old crystal.)
