There is a small class of sellers who were grandfathered under a previous rule where some could apply for exemption.

I will bring this to the attention of other moderators.

I have no issues with moderators granting exemptions at their discretion, but whitewashing the sales info after the fact is definitely against sales policy on OF (and not cool). newbie sellers really need to read the rules.
