Hi all,

This is my first watch offered for sale here on OF.

I’ve been on eBay since 2003 (as “paddymoran”) and also sell some of my Omegas locally in Ireland on www.adverts.ie (again as “paddymoran”). To date I’ve attained over 2,100 positive feedbacks on eBay and 60 positive feedbacks on adverts.ie (all positive feedbacks on both platforms).

I’ve been a keen Omega enthusiast for 20 years although the collecting took a long haitus due to family responsibilities.

I’m offering an early 1990s Omega Speedmaster on an Omega NATO strap with all accessories, including International Warranty Card, inner and outer boxes and the sought after early 90’s manual.

High level information set out below:

Manual (caliber 861) movement running strongly and keeping excellent time (within circa 10-12 seconds per 24 hours)/ power reserve exceeds two days. Movement number is 48277227. Regretfully, the case back is too tight for me to open without risk of marking the case.

The dial is flawless. Tritium lume plots are in excellent condition; colour has aged beautifully and uniformly.

Bezel is in excellent condition and original crystal is scratch free. The case is also in excellent condition with no notable dings or marks. I don’t believe the case has ever been polished and has nice sharp edges as is particularly evident from the case back (writing on case back is intact).

Accessories include:
Warranty Card dated 29 Oct 1992 (sold in the UK), rare Speedmaster booklet/ manual and original inner and outer boxes in really nice condition.

I’m keen to move this onto a new home to help fund a watch purchase. I’ve priced this at €4,100 OBRO (circa GB£3,500 / US$4,200). I think this is a well priced Omega Speedmaster in great condition so hopefully it will sell before too long.

Shipping and insurance to be discussed. In terms of payment I’m sure we can agree a mutually acceptable form - my preference is Revolut, bank wire or PayPal. Happy to accept returns if the buyer isn’t happy with the watch having had an opportunity to examine it.

If you need any other information or photos don’t hesitate to message me. Thanks to this great forum for the space, Paddy

Please see photos - taken today in both natural and artificial lighting conditions.

I’m delighted to say that this really nice Speedy is enjoying a new home in Prague (what a beautiful city). Thanks to the new owner for such a smooth transaction and to OF for the space.
