Interesting, I only find a single sold listing of each. You probably have a better grasp at filtering the results on eBay than me.

That is not the reason I posted. mum not interested in the bezel value as we are not selling.
I agree my serial no is in the wrong range, but I have seen 3 examples now. We've had this watch since new, my late father purchased it. The bezel could of been changed when it was serviced, but I have serviced it at Omega in over 35 years.

Well you learn something new everyday. I never understood the demand for DON bezels—they appear quite similar to the 220 and the DNN bezels. But the explanation of how it can be scavenged for a much more valuable watch—yes, now I get it. And then using the much cheaper 220 to make the -69 more attractive than using the clearly wrong DNN. The “mystery” of the 220 bezel gets played up a bit—and the -69 in question moves along.

That's also what most of the Ultraman sales listings say 🍿

everybody can put a (cheaper than a DON) misprint bezel on a premoon Speedmaster and sell it on eBay. Doesn’t make it correct no matter how many do so 😀

I see heaps of DON’s around
Not too many 220 bezels readily available!

DONs produced during 10 years vs 220s during some 6 months... surprise surprise ::rimshot::

Still nobody wants to mount a 220 bezel on his 2998 😗

Normally the 220 bezel was on the 145.022-69 only. I’ll have to check my moonwatch book to be 100% sure.
