Some random before and after pics of my Speedmaster Automatic. Overall ok, but a bit disappointed I was not offered the opportunity to change the date wheels.

I'm curious. Before and after what? It looks quite different. What work was done to the watch?

It was a full renovation by Omega. From the movement, rusted as it was, surprisingly few parts were replaced. The dial, hands and glass is new.

Looks much better! I agree it would be nice if the date wheels were replaced to match. Next time maybe.

I'd be interested to know if Omega accepted this under standard servicing costs? Looks like a lot of work to get it back to condition!

Very nice transformation but what happen to the watch in the first time? water damage?
