Thinking of adding this to the collection.
Recent service. Case still looks sharp.
Comes with original box. Any concerns?

Ask for a photo of both lugs - that way you can see how much metal from polishing has been removed

ie see the red circles - you want a good deal of metal left in this region

From the green lume, i’d guess its from early 80s

ask about the 4 o’clock pusher also - it looks slightly larger that the 2 o’c pusher, and seems to be protruding out more

the pushers on these Mark 4.5s dont stick out much

My 1983 below (and above)

The movement might be of concern but without a photo, we'll never know.

Very Nice. I have been looking for a clean one too but no joy so far.

Why not get it checked out by a local watch maker if the watch is local to you.

It looks like the dial has been replaced with a dial for a 376.0822, aka holy grail. The 24 hr register for the 176.0012 should have a gray half circle on it's lower perimeter from 6 to 18, like Sherbie's above. A fat one, as opposed to the thin gray semicircle seen on the 176.0016.

Other than what others have said the case lines look sharp but the photos aren't great. Love mine.

The holy grail dial is different. There should be the number 10 below the 2 'o' clock marker and the day date is fully surrounded by a white border. This is what I understand from Moonwatchonly.

....The holy grail dial is different...

You're correct that the dial you link to was the original dial that came with the 376.0822. The dial above is one of the Omega replacement dials used when servicing the 376.0822. Here's a great article about this watch: https://www.omegaholygrail.com/
