For what it's worth, the brushing on the side of the casing does not appear factory to me.

It’s much better to start your own new thread, than resurrecting an old, unrelated one.

The watch is genuine but condition doesn’t seem the best. Better pictures would help

Where are the better pictures?
These are clearer than the others I shared, unfortunately All i got are these and the watch is a 3 hour drive away, i didnt want to travel for no reason because the watch is offered at 3,400 usd, which is about 1,600 usd cheaper than the cheapest chrono24 for 345.0022 models..

Best as I can tell from the photos, that case is overly polished (meaning not a condition that a collector would buy), the hands are newer service hands and the bezel is either a newer service bezel or aftermarket. Plus it doesn't have a bracelet. That watch is appropriately priced. Buy it and wear it forever because you'll have a hard time selling it later if you decide you want a different watch.
