For sale I have a good condition, good looking, “pre moon” Speedmaster 145.022-69 with DON bezel and EOA available for $5,900 NOW $5500
Price is for the 145.022-69 watch head as seen with the Extract of the Archives (EOA).
EOA shows delivery to the USA in late January 1970
Price is net to me, payment by WIse (Transferwise) is preferred.
Shipping is included for US sales.
US sales are preferred at this time. International possible for established members, additional shipping cost to be discussed.
Pictures:
C1 Step Dial
Tritium hands (Both dial and hands glow and fade quickly with UV as expected)
B1 Bezel, Dot Over 90, DON
A2 Narrow Angular Feet Crown
Wide & Tall Pushers
Omega Crystal I think it is a vintage A2 but I have a hard time differentiating the logos…tiny buggers!
The Case is sharp and thick. When I got it, it had been given a quick cape cod cloth polish, just enough to make it shiny where it shouldn't be. LA Watchworks rebrushed the top of the lugs and sides, instructions were to neither add nor take away any material, just refresh & rebrush and they did a fantastic job as usual. Only a few small marks to the caseback with a good and clean hippocampus logo. Normal light scuffs to lugs from end links and strap changes. Really a great looking case.
861 Movement is functioning well and looks clean. Chronograph runs and resets properly. Watch service history is unknown so service is recommended if you plan to wear it regularly.
There you have it OF, a good old fashioned -69 with DON, a really nice dial and handset plus the EOA. A really attractive watch at a fair price I think.
Only selling because I added a third -69 to the collection and really dont need 3 so at least one has to go. I failed to follow one-in-one-out and it's starting to catch up to me, take advantage of it while it lasts!
Thanks for reading, ask questions if needed.
Thank You OmegaForums for the space and platform.
