    Hi Guys,
    I have been fortunate in acquiring this lovely speeeedie dial.
    does anyone know what the "C" on the reverse side is all about.

    I am positive the incredibly rare "C" stands for Cosmonauts only ... ;)

    It could be anything from a mark made during the manufacturing process, to a mark put there by some watchmaker in the past to keep all the Speedmasters he had apart at the same time sorted out by letter, so this was #3 of the lot...A, B, C...

    No doubt this "C" dial was a component of a Speedmaster 145.012-67 presented to
    George Armstrong, Captain
    Toronto Maple Leafs, 1967 Stanley Cup Champions
