Hi Guys, I have been fortunate in acquiring this lovely speeeedie dial. does anyone know what the "C" on the reverse side is all about. Thank you. highly appreciated.
It could be anything from a mark made during the manufacturing process, to a mark put there by some watchmaker in the past to keep all the Speedmasters he had apart at the same time sorted out by letter, so this was #3 of the lot...A, B, C...
Awesome Find!! No doubt this "C" dial was a component of a Speedmaster 145.012-67 presented to George Armstrong, Captain Toronto Maple Leafs, 1967 Stanley Cup Champions
