·Hi All,
Fresh from service I'm offering a great example of the Speedmaster 125 for sale. Inside is the Cal 1041 movement which at the time was a world first with automatic winding, date and chronograph functions all while being chronometer certified.
This 125 still carries its original tritium dial and hand set which are in excellent condition. There is a small mark on the dial at the 2 minute mark near the Omega symbol.
This Speedmaster has had a complete overhaul - performed by me, in my Omega audited and soon to be fully certified workshop. I have serviced the movement and replaced a whole bunch of parts which will be included with the sale. The chronograph runs and resets properly and crisply. Timekeeping is excellent.
The case has been fully overhauled with new pushers and crown plus a full refinish to the original specs including the sunburst finish to the rim of the case back. The crystal has been replaced and fitted along with a new seal. All other seals were changed. It is water resistant to the factory rating and a printout of the test will be included.
Replaced parts are included in a little bag along with the watch. There are NO spare links. It will fit a maximum 8.25" wrist.
This Speedmaster is also still fitted with the original bracelet, there is some stretch which is understandable given its age and the weight of the watch. It has been ultrasonically cleaned to remove all dirt and grime and refinished correctly. Full replacement bracelets are still available from Omega but they do have slightly different details.
In summary, this is a fully overhauled and serviced Speedmaster that operates perfectly and has a beautiful patina.
The price is $4000USD which includes the expensive PAYPAL fee's and express delivery by DHL. If you're happy to make a bank wire then the Paypal fee's can be avoided. I'm located in Perth, Western Australia.
